SolvecoonThis policy describes what Solvecoon collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a study aid, and your screenshots are cropped in your browser before anything is uploaded.
What we collect
Account data. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and avatar. Solve data. The question region you select, the generated answer and explanation, and follow-up messages. Usage data. Counts of solves and follow-ups, used to enforce plan limits. Billing data. Handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Screenshots
Only the region you explicitly select is uploaded — never your full screen. By default, images are used to answer the question and then discarded. If you enable screenshot history in settings, images are retained for the period you choose and you can delete them at any time.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not use your questions to advertise to you, and we do not read pages you have not snapped.
Data deletion
Deleting your account removes your profile, history, and stored images. Contact privacy@solvecoon.com for any data request.
